    In that thread, it talks about "white poops or urates stuck on the vent feathers". This bird and one other has that. It says it is a sign of Avian Tuberculosis.....anything else?

    I don't have a steamer....what else can I use? I have read that DE is only good for prevention, not for eradication. I'm wondering, if I use enough of it, will it make a difference? Would you treat for Cocci along with this?

    I have stopped using fermented feed. My egg count went down. Then I noticed it was starting to smell....not right. At first DH said it was just smelling "fermenty". Within 2 days, it was knocking us over and when we dumped it in the alley behind our house, you could smell it up on the porch...

    FERMENTED FEEDS...anyone using them?

    Just started feeding FF Thursday and I already notice they prefer it over the dry. They seem....glowy. LOL their combs are brighter, their feathers glossier, their poop FAR less, no smell....I'm super impressed. I'm just fermenting their Blue Seal Extra Egg feed.
