    Had a chick hatch around 12 today and it was still attached to its umbilical cord and egg. The cord came off by itself but its navel still looks open and now it's belly looks swollen and bruised.     It might be a vitamin deficiency. I would try the selenium with vitamin e but would still keep giving the vitamin b.
