I see no one reply to this one, well
your eggs can stay out for a week with no problem you can eat it after that.
in Europe and middle east (from Israel) we buy eggs not refrigerated in the market and if we want to keep it for more then a week then we need to do so.

thank you for the info, i am in CA and we do have about 12 hr's of sun now daily and i see they are out of the coop all day, is that good or i need to put a light on a timer inside the coop?

I just finished building a nice Coop with a big run and got 6 Rhode Island red Chicken.
Chickens are about a year old and was told they are laying eggs, but it been 3 days that i have them and nothing.
i give them Organic food and they also eat some grass from the outside, keep the coop worm...
