    No calcium supplements. Their egg shells are firm. no light in coop. 4 are 3-4 years old. 10 are 10 months old and had/have been laying since July.

    Anyone ever gotten a "foreign object" in their eggs?

    One of my chickens lays large white eggs. Twice in the egg white I've found a small (1/4 inch) pink fleshy kidney-shaped object. What is this? Is the chicken diseased? Can it be harmful to us? Thank you, Valerie
