My husband built our cabin from the ground up too, but plumbing and electrical is not something he wants to deal with. It's just nearly impossible to find people to do the work right now. And the ones that have done some of the work have done a terrible job.

I have five breakthrough covid infections in my friends and family. All fully vaxed, one in the hospital, a couple pretty sick, the others live with the sick and are asymptomatic.

The was very well said. I guess as someone who has face my own death and decided that I’m okay with it when the time comes (heart valve issue) I have a different perspective. I Agee with your thought process each should have their own choice. I chose not to have surgery, it’s my choice.
