    I agree, it seems like they would be late bloomers if they are in fact roosters.:hmm I’m not as familiar with pea combs. Hoping for the best.

    I have three and all their combs are so small but they certainly are all quite red. Really hoping I get at least one hen. :( I’ll post the other two tomorrow :) thanks for the input!

    I have three of these new babies. They are 8-10 weeks and terribly shy. They’re Blue in colour. Can anyone tell if this is a hen or too? I will post the siblings after I get an ID on this one since they all look identical.

    I have always though “A” was a rooster. Since it looks so different from the others. Any insight? two have not combs hardly at all and two have fairly large ones. Weirdly enough the ones with out the combs make me think they’re roosters. I’m a newbie. I’d appreciate any help! Thanks!! A B C D

    Splash isbar X chicks hen or roo?

    I know they’re young and it’s hard to tell but I feel like there is a clear difference in the tail feathers. Any input? Back story: I have four of these chicks, all the same age. Only one has these short fluffy tail feathers. I also have two older barred Plymouth and one Red sexlink

    I know they’re probably too young, but I have four splash isbar chicks. All the same age. Theee have the long vertical tails and one has a short somewhat fanned looking tail(top). Picture of the two. Is one a Of these a roo?
