    I did think of those. Just worried about them needing daylight in the run. Right now we have tarps ziptied to it to keep rain out.

    Their run is covered on top with metal sheets. We put heavy plastic on 3 sides to keep the rain and snow out this winter, but allow sun in and have the greenhouse effect but also have plenty of ventilation.     When I bought these, Runnings had them in a bin that said pullets. However a friend has said 3 are roosters. I am hoping for more people to confirm they are either pullets or rooster. There are 6 different chickens. If there needs to be different/more pictures please tell me and I will get them...

    I have 2x4's in the coop but I used tree branches in their run. They do love the branches.

    Thank you! Our 2nd time for doing a garden. We did potatoes, corn, tomatoes, celery, cucumbers and one pumpkin. Shall see how it goes.
