    Kathy it is pretty soft when I press it comes out of the eye and nose but doesn't seem to be hard yellow stuff more like a liquid yellow stuff... can open eye when I press a warm cloth to it for about 10 min.. I do this twice a day so she is able to open it

    Lulu68 do you think our birds have the same thing? What do you do with the big "swelling" how do I get the yellow stuff out without getting the eye?? It's huge like a marble like you mentioned but I am scared to push the eye out if I try to get it out? Does anyone have advice what should I do?

    Hello I was wrong she does have nasal drainage so I think it is coryza.. and do u know if I can use polysporin instead of neosporin an if not do u know where I could get that and where do you find oxytetracycycline.
