    sujestions for top hat chicks would be sultans and buff and silver layced polish (just beacuse there so astetically pleasing)

    while your life may not be glamorus I would still rather be out in the philipeans or some central/south american place with plenty of animals and enough space to live and even if it took work I would be happy.

    everyone says theres are mean and flighty mine was a little angel not perfectly tame but was ok with handling/catching not mean to anything or anyone. She wasnt the best standerd of the breed more of a 3rd place bird but sill over all nice

    we have tried ignoring she will cry for hours if she has to its not always food she wants also! shes fianlly quiet now that its bed time....

    the coldest they are happy at is probably 40-50's really happy around 70 anything lower then that we start getting the unhappy looks of "if you think im going outside your wrong"

    So my chicken...Chicken is one naughty little prat shes a sphitz if it matters but she cries so much, when shes hunger, upset, tired, wants to go out, wants attiention. Basically when she feels her needs are not being met. She never used to be this way but I think we might have spoilded...

    you should probably change it to a 10x8 because you will end up with more chickens its how it always works. But anyways will you birds be free ranging during the day or penned/locked up?
