    Great- Thank you all for the responses- i'll just wait and see if "he" crows or not. i am trying to hold him at least once a day so that he is more comfortable and hopefully less aggressive.

    looking for about 8 pullets to buy and have shipped. we live in Vermont and are trying to start our backyard flock. I am thinking they should be unvaccinated but not sure. can organic eggs BE vaccinated? thanks!

    Hi- We're about to get started on raising layers and are looking for about 8 pullets for layers. We're hoping to raise them organically and I feel like we'd rather they are NOT vaccinated. Do any of your have vaccinated but organic chickens? Is this neccessary? Thanks
