Cockatiel chick at wrong side of egg (Assist hatching help?)

Thanks, but I got to him too late. I opened the air cell end first, and he was already dead. It looks like he died around last night, or sometime yesterday. He was indeed in the wrong end of the egg, along with it looks like a few scratch marks that looks like he was trying to get out.

Cockatiel chick at wrong side of egg (Assist hatching help?)

It's been a while, and because of the scattered hatches, I took a look at the egg again. (I didn't think it would really affect the others too much at this point.) He's still totally upside down. I put down the wrong date, and he's actually about a day away from hatching. Is there anything I can...

Sorry. I decided to make another topic here, seeing as people might have more experience here. And this place is way more active. Hi. I'm hoping someone here might have some experience with assist hatching cockatiel eggs? I've had them in an incubator, because the parents wouldn't sit on them...

    Gosling afraid of swimming

Oh, thank you for replying so quickly! I was thinking it was because he was imprinted, and wanted to stay closer to me. (Even though I love him, it would be kind of icky to lay in a tub with my goose. ) He's my first goose and house goose, so all I've ever had to compare him to were ducks...

    Gosling afraid of swimming

Hi. I have a question that I hope someone may have the answer to. It seems my 2 month old Chinese gosling is afraid of swimming. He squeaks and starts crying for me as soon as he's in deep enough water that his feet don't touch the bottom of the tub. It doesn't seem like a physical problem, as...

Oh, thank you. At least I'm not the only newbie then. I'll have to keep you all updated on my eggs then~ Maybe a few people will enjoy seeing the pictures at least. And I actually just collected another Cockatiel egg. (While almost getting bit, of course.)

    Hi there. c:

Hi. I'm Holly, and I'm your not so typical teenage girl. I've taken up the hobby of hatching and raising assorted types of birds. Some may think they're smelly, but they're my life. <3 (I also can't smell anything. :P) (1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? I...
