Not sure what is wrong with my Silkie. It almost looks like the beak has been chipping off and her nostrils are covered? The skin above her beak looks bad.

I’ll get something to open it up tomorrow! Why would he the best thing to clean the wound before cutting it open? There is drainage coming from the eye that makes the area crusty.
