    Long skinny worm

So sorry…I scrolled down and see where you commented on what to do with eggs after treatment. I’m still worried about eggs I have already collected. We’ve had a lot of rain here lately…just noticed the stringy thing this am.

Ok. I will look for the valbazen. Not sure how coordinated I’ll be trying to do this 😳. Should I toss eggs collected past few days and the ones while I’m treating?

    Long skinny worm

Saw long skinny white string in a chicken poop that looked normal otherwise…guessing it’s a worm. Poop stuck on feathers below vent, not laying eggs. 18 month old hen. Acting normal otherwise. Could there be an egg stuck? Vent looks swollen.

Well, that was a first😂, but I do love my chickens. I didn’t feel anything. I’ll go find the pill you’re talking about in the morning. Thanks for the advice.

I wasn’t worried at first because I thought maybe the molting process was starting and I know that can stop production. We have 2 hens, so I’m never sure who’s laying and who’s not. When I saw the trail of poop in her feathers, I was concerned that maybe this was something else.

    Limping Rooster

Oh my goodness 😟😟😟. My rooster is limping now, but he’s usually not the friendliest so I’m scared to approach him to see if there is cut. We thought he may have injured himself jumping off roost or trying to scale the fence. Didn’t even think of disease as a possibility??!! Was yours exhibiting...
