when can a young turkey be given scratch as a treat? can they have mealworms? they are pets and heritage red breasted turkeys

this turkey was more or less a rescue. was told she was a she and that she sometimes laid eggs was a year old. have had her for 3 months , now she has been strutting showing her tail feathers, is she a he? i am enclosing pictures

can anyone tell me why my 5\6 week old baby turkeys have such rough looking feathers? i feed them 30% protien game chick starter. v they are kept in a 2 x 3 x 18 in tall brooder at 80 degrees. they seem ok other wise runnng around and play scratching at the bottom of cage. should i be worried?

My 1 yr old rose breasted hen suddenly had a bad limp and is digging at bottom of left foot. as you know its very hard to hold a turkey that does not wish to be held. had 2 friends help but even with magnifier could see nothing wrong. am sending 2 pics one of affected left ft and 1 of rt foot...

its 10 x10 x 5 foot high. we have had her for 3 days she will be allowed to free range when would be enough time to let her wander.? she was raised as a pet and there were no other birds of any kind. i talk to her several times a day and she will take food from my hand. yes she does seem sad...

hi i have 6 very lovely and graceful hens. but i also have Boo, she is 30 % larger than her sisters. she seems to forget that she is sleeping on a roost, she will fall off at least one a week. also she is a very clumsy flier. when the others think she is going to take flight they flee. i swear...
