    They have a large open area that they can roam around in and then the coop for laying . We have to keep them fenced off from the horses but they do have more than enough room. Thanks for the advice I will go to the grain store and speak to them. Big learning experience for me But looking...

    Thanks for advice , question what is laying mash. we are actually running a brood mare property so the chickens are just an interest for me to have on the side.

    I have just inherited 5 chickens and apparently they have gone off the lay. Is there anything I can do to promote laying lm VERY new to all of this.:)
