Oh that should be fine. 12x12x12 is kind of the minimum. It should be big enough for them to be able to stand up in and turn around, but small enough to feel cozy and isolated enough from the rest of the enclosure.
So if mine is 10mg/ml, then I should probably be using just 1 needle drop between the shoulder blades for my seabrights and bantams, 2 for my smaller standards and 3 for my large standard...
