    Open wound/ infection

This is well below the vent. Could have been from a scratch or rubbing. No oder. She's acting fine, drinking and eating. I didn't catch what attacked her but my other chicken is missing so I'm assuming something got her. No maggots.

    Open wound/ infection

My chickens butt is swollen and red. It doesn't feel like an egg its soft and fluid filled. She was attacked and the wound looks like its now infected. Is there something I can put on it to fix her or is this a situation for culling ?

I can't find anything new or old on whether roosters are allowed in Danbury.

Phew okay Lola is practically a lap dog to us. We love her and the rest of the feathered dinosaurs.

She might have been packed on her comb. It's 30° here so not too awful. I put ointment on it......

this girl has dirt on her beak and waddles I had put oinment on it just incase . ONLY on one side of her comb towards the top there are small black dots. If this something to worry about or does it look harmless ? The other side of her comb is normal.
