The roof and siding are both plastic siding panels. The white panels have been up for multiple years, put up by the previous owner. We just added the clear panels. I think the roof should be able to handle the snow. And I think for the most part the structure will break the heaviest winds...

That was one idea.
I was thinking about just putting up fencing from the front out about 5-10ft so they could reach the grass. And then long term turn the left kennel into a goat house.
Thank you, that's a good idea. I was looking closely at the kennel and I think it's just the door and the roof that I need to seal off.
The other odd thing is it's built on brick. So I think I'll need to fill the bottom with some straw or something.
