    when can they have table scraps?

    so, when are my chicks old enough for table scraps? Right now the dog and cats are getting fat, and all these veggie peelings are going in the trash! I have 5 week old chicks (all kinds! lol) and they are feathered out and on to grower feed crumbles right now.

    I ended up putting antibiotic in their water for about 4-5 days and didn't lose any more chicks. They are all feathered out now and turned one month old today. I'm so proud of my little brood.

    shortly after we pulled him fromt he pen he died. He pooped out some blood at the last minute. Is that a sign of anything?
