    That's what I thought. I have three more and they look totally different so I was questioning myself. The other three are darker and developing very sharp distinct lines. He has looked different since they arrived.

    Definitely looks like a male. Thought silver laced Wyandotte but I'm not sure. It's 6 weeks old.

    Good information. I have wondered about the little differences in them especially the white ears. So interesting. Thanks for sharing.

    I noticed some of my hens have light (almost white) ears and some are darker. Since I read there is a direct correlation between ear color and egg color it made sense to me.
