    Day 20 pip???? UPDATE!!!

    I'm on day 22 with a mix of ameracanas, delaware, silkies and bantams no pips but lota of talking going on. I expected mine to be late I had a 14 hour power outage on day 10 so I feel lucky to have 29 still alive out of 36. candled at 14 days and 18 days they were a little behind but still...

    I also heard that a light brings in mosquitos and insects which carry fowl diseases, so if you do use lights use a type that is not as likely to bring in bugs

    good! I need some of that magic dust I have all kinds of young phoenix roos and they are all so pretty. I'm have a hard time figuring out who is going down the road. My hens are going to have to stay in if I don't get some roos out of here.

    I've had a dot of super glue work too. I figure they use it to sew you up why not try it (and my mother said to) and a couple hatched but the whole hatch was low due to shipping.

    I have a question-- On day 10 my electric went out over night I thought I lost them but lo and behold day 14 they were hopping around in there will mine run late because of the power outage? today is day 19 and I stopped turning.
