Hey az peeps. I live in maricopa city and need to rehome or someone can cull a disabled orpington roo and 5 ducks 1 male 4 females lay fertile eggs. 1 runner duck and 4 mixed. would like the ducks to have a home but the roo can be someones dinner. Let me know if anyone is interested. Need homes...
U can build a large run for your chickens from a chain link fence and bury chicken wire under that. Also make sure u have a good thick secure roof to it. Like outdoor shade screen. Also u can make ur coop out of a medal or wood shed and make a few windows or add a small ac /heat unit to keep it...
Im totally thrilled!! This is my first hatch in my new homemade incubator and hatcher and so far its been a big success! I have had all fertile eggs hatching. only 2 quitters out of all 29 eggs 19 in the bator and the 10th chick almost out of its shell. Couldnt be happier. Now my hubbys...
Heres one still in my bator. This ones got some kind of umbilical thing going on. Not sure what to do about it. Also have 3 more working there way into the world.
