    Hatching eggs please help!!

This isn't what you were asking about, but I wouldn't set up a bator next to a window with snow outside. Maybe find someplace that is more constantly warm? Both temp and humidity will be easier to regulate.

    Starting a hatchery

There's a farm here in NC who gets rare breed eggs from breeders and conservatories, hatches them, and sells either day old unsexed, 5-6 week old sexed, or trios of adults. For a significant profit, depending on mortality and feed costs. It can be a good business. I don't think they maintain...

Brinsea mini advance 20 fan direction

Here is a pic from my octagon 40ECO. The fan pulls air up from the center into the cavity where the heating elements are, and forces it out the side vents.

using energy saving light bulbs for incubator?

Thermo : heat Stat : switch If it gets too cold, a thermostat turns a heater on, when it gets warm enough, it turns off. Lots of builders like the Inkbird thermostat and it's relatively inexpensive and easy to figure out how to wire it up. I used an MK138 kit on my first build. It is very cheap...

    Brinsea help

I have the ECO40. All the fans run :) On my second batch, the autoturning cradle broke and dumped my stuff on the table. Only one broke but I was a little bummed. Customer service was great, they replaced the cradle. (Tho it is the same design and materials so I'm a little reticent to trust...

Getting ready to hatch barnyard mix

If it was me, I'd split them, put the RIR and RIW under the RIW, the others under the BR. One pen gives you RIR from the brown eggs and sexlinks from the white ones, the other pen gives you some brown egg laying mixes which will be real pretty. You could get $6 for a sexlink pullet all day...

Getting ready to hatch barnyard mix

Why don't you put your RIWs under the RIR for sex-links, you might get ad much as $8 for the pullets, depending on your area and marketing channel.
