    I never I never expected to be waiting for little hatchies, mummy is a golden comet so rarely go broody and she'only 10 months old (too young really) as much as i tried to stop her she carried on sitting so i left her too it. At the moment its just lying there under breathing hope fhis is normal xx

    Got a broody girl her first set didnt hatch they werent fertile, long story short the cockrel (whoes decided to live with us from next field) had only been around for around a week when she'd started brooding So we put 7 fresh ones under her . I knew they were highly likely to be fertile now...

    Up graded maternity She was in the nest box in main coup (on the left) now the others cant get in to kick her out lol. She now has plenty of room the hatch and raise her babies😀😁 she looks alot more relaxed now. These eggs better hatch now after all the work and worring 😀😁😂
