Hello everyone! I unfortunately had to rehome all my birds. My living situation changed and my family is now living in an RV in an RV Park. Which makes it nearly impossible to take care of 6 birds. I can only hope that the new owner of the chickens will treat them like the wonderful creatures...
My rooster has the same thing that you have described in your post. Did you figure out what happened to your rooster? Did the redness go away? Was it testosterone levels like the one commenter stated? Please update! Thank you!
That makes sense. It's funny though cause he's usually just hanging with the pullets and the other two are up front and center. I know one is going to have to be removed, but I'm hoping the other two with the best attitude will be able to co exist. I guess only time will tell. :)

The other rooster (pacing) is a spitfire and may be destined for the pot of he's already showing such aggression. Especially if he's going to hurt the girls. Thank you for your insight.
