Hi there! Hope you can help. I’ll keep it short, I’m sure you have tons to do. I have a young black jersey giant who just started laying 3 weeks ago. Noticed some weird poop and took it to a local vet. Liver Fukes! He did not have meds to treat (praziquantel). What can I use? Anything from local Tractor Supply? Dosing needed too please! Thank you so much for all you do and all your wisdom and experience!

Hello casportpony ! I just want to thank you again for the helpful advice. My peahen is alive and doing very well. I have heard that the need to cut off close contact with a peacock from the age of 6 months until they reach that age of two is needed to prevent the beserker. Is a peahen different in that manner? Or will I need to do the same?

Hello. I think I was directed to you by The Phantom.
I have a couple concerns. The biggest concern at this time is that she wants to lay down all the time. This began about a week ago after her wing feathers outgrew her tiny body.

Is this normal? Should I be doing anything to make her more active?
