It's almost time to start getting Wally the rescue hen acclimated slowly to the flock. Hoping this sweet, big baby gets along with everyone!

2020 has been an odd year. We’ve lost two special elderly dogs, a great pet duck, then turned around and rescued a chicken at the grocery store parking lot. On top of everything else going on in the world. Hoping now the activity constantly happening out in the ocean doesn’t bring hurricanes. But remaining positive in other aspects!
Lost a very special old pup friend this past Friday the 21st. Honey was a beautiful, elderly rescue that was with us for over 10 years. She's going to be sorely missed, especially by her brother. Honey Bear, Honey Bee, Honey Bunny- you're going to stay in my heart I promise old friend.
Things are doing okay and just hoping all our animals and human loved ones remain relatively in good health. (Other than that, hoping to be working on more Etsy crafts soon - please consider supporting those selling their crafts online, especially in these times, as there are many talented folk making a living this way! It's a great place to find Christmas gift ideas or even birthday gifts.)
Alot going on right now- taking a bit of a break.
Rain falling for the past few days but that's okay, there's people in other places who have a hard time getting any. Hope for a bit of dry work weather soon though!
The church pews may be empty, but so is the tomb! He is risen!
Monday's agenda- more buckskin crafts! So glad to have picked a round up and tanned this. Going to make more bracelets and a buckskin horse doll. Other than that, fingers crossed for eggs soon as the girls get out of the Winter blues.
Cooking a Meatloaf this rainy Sunday, and grateful for my family.
