They are both, 20 weeks old. Yes, they were raised together been together since they were a week old.

They are still quite young yet, however each bird and breed can act differently. As they mature one will show their dominance, one will be top bird. Usually when they are raised together roos tolerate each other however don't crowd them. Time will tell how this plays out, just keep an eye on them, some can turn on the other, sometimes they become best of buddies completely inseparable.
