Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do. 
Incubating 20 eggs now. Twelve Black Copper Marans, three Creme legbars, and five Ameraucanas. So far, 16 are winning, 3 may be quiters, and one appears to be a yolker. I'll candle again in a couple of days and decide then.
