Morning! Just a thought, do you guys ”ship” chicks to tsc?

I am very disappointed and how you guys ruined buff orpington. First of all buff orpingtons are so post to be poofy and big and fluffy but mine are not. In your descreption it says their all that but once you buy them they are not poofy and big their just skinny.
