One of the leghorns has a large and floppy comb, so her name is Flopsy, the other two are Mopsy and Cotton Tail. Although, there's an ongoing debate about the third name.
I just call them "one of the leghorns" and "another one of the leghorns".

The comets are Chocolate, Caramel, Goldie, and Sandy in descending order of darkness.
As you know, the frizzle is Snoodle (named by DH for me).

The roosters are Eddie Lacy and Speckle. (My DD named our head rooster after an NFL player. <rolls eyes>)
