Just my luck ..head to the coops and 2 of my 3 pullet silkies are not pullets! Fiona is now Finn & Kramer is a boy also only ended up with one sweet girl this time. So now I have Claire & Cici .Cici is Claires mom.They can't live with 3 boys ,,so now I'm not sure what to do.
Went out to the silkies coop to shut them up for the night last night .I was shocked to see 3 of my 15 week old silks roosting .I've had silkies for sometime but this is the first batch I've ever had to roost♡
Admiring Fionas colorsI love the black markings under her body and on her right side.She almost appears purple to me
She looks nothing like her flock.Dads a frizzle mom is a paint .Fiona is 1 of 3 hatches in Jan.They are frizzled like dad not sure who Fiona takes after.She reminds me of a dove.lol
Edit: We have named her Claire.
