My hens snow snow for the first time today! Except for eating it, they have decided they don't like it, and called a meeting. All two eligible egg laying members have voted for me to remove the offensive substance at once. The new pullets thought it was pretty fun until their toes got cold, but they couldn't vote. When did you get the Dr. Cat? Last I checked you were sporting Degan, he who has beautiful eyes.

I'm glad it's raining, though. It was getting pretty dry and hot this summer, so all the rain is wonderful! Everything's starting to be green again, and so by winter we'll have tall green grass and such!

They're all great! It was raining SO much yesterday, my ghost costume was soaked when I came back home. The poor chickens have the muddiest pen in the world. The ducks and geese don't mind the mud, of course. It's raining again today, yay rain!
