Pros:
small can hold 12 chicken eggs, with adjustable you can fit other eggs in it too
Adjustable egg turning laid down
Easy cleaning sterilizations as incubator itself is hard plastic
good if power outage as it sits in external 2 piece Styrofoam that helps insulate it automatically
5 eggs in 4 chicks out at 5k elevation
pretty much no stress hatching if you need to just a few eggs set em does well from incubation to hatching
Cons
no vents or plugs to remove
does not have much room for separate verification of temp and humidity so you need more of a button type one or modify the cover so you can put a probe in, it does monitor the temp but not the humidity.
if your used to Farenheit you'll need a converter as it cannot be changed from Celcius
cover is darker and hard to see into
