I just got some amoxicillin capsules, 500mg. I was planning on mixing it in water and giving it to her by mouth with a syringe. Just looking for the dosage right now. She’s a smaller chicken, flighty breed.

ok I just gave her some chopped fruit, and she ate and passed it down, she also ate some apple pieces. So there’s apparently no obstruction. So I’m thinking she could be sick, which would explain her being so underweight.

ok sure. well what I've noticed is they really like a native ground cover called "horse herb," they also like to eat the soft green clumping grasses and clovers.
I'm planning on seeding more forage for them during the next big Rain. but who knows when that'll be.
