    Agreed. You can call a hybrid just about anything you want. Although most named ones do have specific parents there is often no way you could tell the end results apart. Marshall

    What????? Ours never grow mold, and they sit around for quite a while...maybe it's because we use our finger to scrape out the extra white.

    Essential oils and chickens

    There is a lot of folk lore out there. If your chickens free range then they probably have the ability to stomach it(ours ate all of the onions out of the garden one year) but not if they have been fed only store bought feed their whole life.

    I use livestock feed mixed with layer, then I get the best egg production(and it's cheaper) Our local farm store actually is cheaper than the TSC.
