    @Marie2020 suggested Castor Oil to apply on my arm surgery scar (started using after stitches patch was removed weeks later by Dr). I alternated using both Arnica & Castor Oil ~ very soothing. TY Marie!

    As for surgery... don't forget to factor in the time for scheduled therapy too. I'm still in therapy over 6 months after my arm surgery but it is so worth it if you can have sessions💕.
