    When can my chicks go outside?

    My chicks are 6 weeks old and I was wondering when I can move them outide to the coop? It still cold during the day and in the evening, but will they be okay if we put a heat lamp out there?

    Are these cockerals or pullets?

    The white ones are about a week younger than all the others as well. All of the sudden they just took off and are now the largest.

    Oh man! Thats what I was afraid of. These are our first chicks so i wasn't sure. We don't want any roosters. Guess I am on the hunt for a new home for them!

    Are these cockerals or pullets?

    We have some chicks that we purchased at TSC. The ones I am worried about are the California whites. We have 4 of them and 3 seem to be growing some large combs.....largwr than the rest of my chicks. What do you all think......could these be roos?
