    Ya we said we would only have like 3-4 hens. Well we started with 4 hens and a rooster... And then 2 weeks later we brought home eight chicks. And we said we wouldn't get more than 6!!! Chicken math sucks lol!

    Thank you kwol! It is very inexpensive. All the of the pallets along with the plywood, has been recycled! The only things we have had to purchase have been the screws, hinges and latches! Will hopefully be posting pictures of the finished project this weekend!

    Has anyone made a coop from wood pallets??

    VERY close!! Only things left are the floor and the roof!!! And then I will have to come by and take a look at those cuties!! Can't wait to introduce them to the new coop!!!!

    Ya I don't really know how many will fit in there. Don't really have a plan for it either. We are just coming up with ideas as we go, so we shall see what the end project looks like. Hoping it will be done this week sometime. Can't wait to fill it up though!
