I've had no problems what so ever, its the best thing I've ever brought. And I would recommend it to anyone. Very easy to programme and use. You will not regret it!!!
My personal opinion is leave them to the natural light its mother nature's way of giving the chickens a break. A well deserved one too I think. It all depends if you've had them just for egg production or as pets too. Good luck either way.

Eggcessive, are these diseases treatable? I haven't noticed any smell but I will check today. And how would I know for sure if it is a disease and are my other birds in danger of catching it from her?
