    I have also hatched a few different bantam eggs in the carton with out any difficulty.

    I have tried it twice now. The first hatch a couple of days ago I had 8 chicks out of 12 eggs and today I had 5 hatch out of 8 eggs. My first hatch I layed the eggs on their side and only 6 out of 11 hatched, so I think it has increased my hatch rate.

    I have read several times that eggs can hatch a day or two late. I would not bother them for atleast a day or two.

    I think that is cool. I watched an eagle cam one time. It was neat the see how the eagle took care of their eggs and see the babies hatch. I will be checking in on them and hope to see some hatch.

    I have my second batch of eggs in now. Only 2 of the 28 shipped eggs are clear. The rest are developing normal but have another week in the bator. The first was 15 eggs shipped, 4 clear, 4 dead without pipping, 1 dead after pipping, and 6 chicks.
