These ducks are about 11 weeks old. No drake feather yet so I was trying to tell by the sound if one of them is a male or not before I put them in with my other ducks but need opinions. Can y’all tell? Or is it too soon?
Ive had her for 3 years I always thought she was a Mallard which is why her name is Mallory but I didn’t even know a Rouen looked similar and started second guessing myself. She is very small so I’d say mallard is correct. Thank you!!
Just an update: we were supplementing with liquid b complex and nutritional yeast at first sign of issues but nothing improved. Took it to the vet and they braces its legs. Sadly, Flopsy passed 2.5 weeks later.
Thank you. I already have them on niacin and liquid B complex. They are about 4 weeks old. Is there a chance they can still improve or is the damage typically permanent? I don’t want the little one to suffer.
