I have had the same issue with my last lot of chicks, I was told it was a vitamin D deficiency, so I gave them vitamin D and apple cedar vinegar and they came right within 1 day. I now how two chicks about 10 weeks old, showing the same symptoms, I have been treating them for several days now...
