Please help me & my chicken…

Oh gosh… I intuitively knew this morning she wouldn’t make it but I couldn’t give up on her & I suppose that’s selfish of me but I’m not sure I could do the ‘broomstick’ method, I wish there was a way of putting them to sleep… Thank you for the advice & instructions FrostRanger 👍🏻

Please help me & my chicken 🙏🏻

Honestly thank you for being there for us… I did everything I could but these battery hens arrive so poorly & weak - she had a good free range life for 2yrs… I have 3 Silkies (from chicks) that are 7yrs old & are so healthy… I’m not sure I can cope with anymore ex-battery hens, it’s heartbreaking 💔

Rescued 5 Rhode Island Red hens back in the summer (live in UK) all except one is thriving- she is hunched, neck is retracted & eyes keep closing but is eating/drinking… Should I bring her inside? It’s not really cold here but it’s chilly… Thank you in advance for any suggestions 😘

Thanks for posting this @Fur-N-Fowl :thumbsup Caught it in the news myself & came on here to see what can be done & whether a vacation is available but it looks like there isn’t any vaccine for H5 (LPAI) My question is can we past flu into birds? As I’m pretty sure birds can pass it onto us...
