    I dont mind what they turn out like. I brought her and her babies last week so unsure of what she looked like. There seems to be 4 dark 2 between dark and light and 2 light ones. They did say she is a pure bread red silkie and 8 pure red silkie chicks but i really dont think they are all dark

    Mine was cheeping very loudly today and i thought she was lonely. I got her out and stuck her in my jumper and it seemed to calm her down. It must be hard for them with no mum or anybody else.

    Do you know what i have been joking since i got the egg that i wanted an orpington. I keep dipping his beak in the water and he does drink. He has brown patches on his back and he does look like the pic of yours, they could be twins. The egg was a pale white colour if that means anything
