Hello! Unfortunately, one of my pigeon has pigeon pox.It's a week now,since the day it started to has pox lesions around its eyes.However it is doing very well(it eats and drink as always)..I keep it away from my other pigeons.I want to know the duration of pigeon pox if somebody knows..and any...
I believe that AnnGSGG went to a wrong thread category(Pigeon And Doves).From those all he said, i think that it is about chicken hens.It is very very unusual that huge number of pigeons to share a nest,go broody and lay 17 eggs.That,because pigeons live as pairs!
How you deduced that?I am sure that the white-brown one , is a male because,it always coo ,spread and drag its tail while chasing other hens.Also it is much bigger than the grey one!Thanks for your reply
Thank you Hokum Coco, your reply is very helful.I have never think that they are both males as they always active like a normal pair.However, if they are both males i will try to pair up with other crossbreed pigeons(i live in Cyprus where is a little hard to find, other pioneer pigeons)Again...
...something wrong as all of my other pigeons had a lot of babies. I look forward to hear your views about that and i hope to find a solution, as i feel sorry seeing them not have any babies.! Thank you very much!
