I wish i had SQ, but my Wheatens are PQ. If you have anything else you want send me a message, I'd trade for eggs, and LOVE your halters and leads, and your hickory syrup sounds incredible!
Maybe folks here can help us decide.... We are not keeping the blue roo, but are undecided on this one. We could keep him with the Ameraucana girls or replace him with a cream legbar. Any input to help us decide?
He was supposed to be a pure bred ameraucana (along with 5 others) that I bought from a local breeder. The other roo is a gorgeous blue, but no tuff, muffs anything. Another roo was a white rumpless. Beautiful bird but aggressive. Funny how the sweetest chick became the most aggressive.
This was one of my EE roos last year, he looked much different than the pullets at that age. One other roo had a very red comb so was easy to spot and then there was the white one that other than being solid white was very hard to tell.
One of mine had that (or something like it anyways), he is still going strong and has done very well. The first 24 hours I didn't think he'd make it, but he did! I hope yours will be ok too!
3 day old Easter Egger chicks! All hatched from green and pink eggs. Delivery to Cda, Postfalls, Sandpoint possible. Ameracauna rooster over Easter Egger hens produced this batch.
Sounds like a fun Easter, going to the zoo would make my kids very happy! We usually go to RLM's Easter egg hunt, and then celebrate at church. We have so many chicks right now, I hope by Easter not to have lil fuzz balls all over!
