    I have found lack of enough heat is one of the number one causes of quail chick death. Try adding another heat lamp. Good luck.

    I would seperate her first of all. I would then give her some gentle physical therapy and watch for any other signs that she is not improving or getting worse. Try the therapy for four days or so and you should see improvement. If not your bird may have Mareks. Good luck.
