    My DH favorite applesauce is the Motts mango applesauce but they only come in small portions, and I am having no luck finding one. Second question, when making applesause do you use sweet or tart apples??

    that is where I have the most problems with my hatches also. they are doing great and they pip and that is the end of it. And I have my humidity set at 70%. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. but the next few hatches will just be my mutts until I can figure the last part out...
