The lovebirds are very skittish and when try to come a little close to them they immediately fly away. My princess parrots are much more tame...

    Guinea Fowl Dying

Hello everyone, my guinea fowl are slowly dying off. I think it is some kind of disease and some of the guinea fowl walk slowly with their head close to their body and slightly drooping wings. Occasionally they do a weird sort of jerking movement with their neck and open their mouths. I think...

    Button Quail

If you dont have any access to game bird, turkey, chick feed etc. You can mix and grind some ordinary chicken food with some extra grains and some dog or cat food. This is ONLY in emergencies as it is much better to buy turkey, game bird feed etc. Hope this helps! It worked very well for me!

    Button Quail Fighting

Thanks for the advice! I was also pretty sure it was stress but I dont really know what caused her to peck him because there wasnt a change in environment or any noise that they havent heard before. I think its maybe the egg laying or something like that.

    she won't shut up!

I would strongly advise in NOT getting more guineas. More guineas = much much more noise. I think this guinea might be going through a phase I've had my guineas be really wild and loud and then go calm, especially when they are younger.
